How we use your data
What we keep
Your phone number and name, and if you give them: e-mail, delivery address, birthday or anniversary, your GSTIN for a business bill, allergy notes, your orders and bills, feedback and loyalty points. We do not ask for Aadhaar or PAN.
Why
To take and deliver your order, to issue your GST bill, to send the e-bill link and booking or order messages, to keep your loyalty points, and to send offers only if you said yes.
How long
- Bills and GST records: 8 years, as the tax law needs.
- Your contact details: until you have not visited for 3 years.
- Feedback text: 2 years.
- Details from food delivery apps: 90 days.
Your rights
You can see your data, download it, correct your name or e-mail, and ask us to erase it. Bills that the tax law requires stay, with your name removed. Ask the staff, or use the link below with a one-time code sent to your phone. We answer within 30 days.
Staff see your phone number only when their work needs it. Captains see only your name and allergy notes.
